All fees & prices shown above exclude any necessary location production costs & VAT. Production costs include travel to the filming location from Mediapack’s base in Southampton or a Mediapack operator’s base in another area, any necessary accommodation and subsistence costs as required by the production during filming or other process (subsistence only applies from the first overnight stop onwards), the cost of any necessary props, location or venue fees, talent fees, music or other IP costs, stock footage costs or any other costs necessarily incurred on behalf of the production at the clients’ request. The costs of all freelance crew and suppliers will be explained to clients in advance and prior to the commencement of production.
